eSchool German Courses
Kenosha Unified School District offers German to high school students via eSchool. Students at any KUSD high school are able to take German courses. Additionally, students who do not attend KUSD schools also have the ability to take eSchool German. (Please contact the eSchool office at 262.359.7715 for more information.) The eSchool German program is founded with the same principals as traditional classroom courses - students must be fully exposed to the language through speaking, reading, writing, listening, and active learning. There is a significant amount of flexibility, however, that the traditional classroom often lacks. eSchool students have scheduling options, pacing options, and individualized attention from the teacher. |
German Club
The Kenosha German Club is open to all high school students in Kenosha who are interested in learning more about the German language and culture. There is no language or enrollment requirement. The main event for the German Club is the Gingerbread House Contest the week before Winter Break begins. Preparations begin in early October. Students from across Kenosha are welcome to help with this project and are encouraged to create their own edible entries! Please email for more information. [email protected] |
